We also accompany the proceedings to terminate work contracts, both negotiating agreements or disciplinary procedures, and enterprise restructuring, such as staff reductions, including individual negotiation and collective dismissal. We also sponsor judicial proceedings in the this area.

SMCA also has experience in preparing and drafting due diligence reports, within company restructuring, to prevent and identify labour contingencies.
