Since 1995, she collaborates with J. E. Dias Costa, Lda., rendering legal advice in the field of Industrial Property.

In 1995, she took the position of Deputy of Industrial Property Agent.

In 2007, after an official exam, she became an Industrial Property Agent, currently acting as well as an Official Representative before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs), Alicante, Spain.

Founding partner of the law firm “Sampaio & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados” (2001/2002).

A founding partner of SMCA in 2002, she currently develops her practice in the areas of Intellectual Property and Information Technology, Company law and Litigation and Arbitration.
