A founding partner of SMCA in 2002, he currently develops his practice in the field of Company law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Leasing, Factoring and Renting, Litigation, Private Law Contracts, Lease Law, Pharmaceutical Law, Labour Law, Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring, Misdemeanour Law and Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology.
